
in this article, I am sharing a personal UX/UI case study based on a real client project in the e-commerce space. The goal of the exercise was to review an existing online store experience, identify usability and interface gaps, and prepare a practical enhancement proposal grounded in both user experience thinking and business objectives.
Rather than focusing only on visual design, this type of review looks at the broader digital journey: clarity, trust, hierarchy, product presentation, engagement, and conversion potential. It reflects how UX/UI can be used strategically to improve not just how a website looks, but how effectively it performs.
